My name is Jacqueline Pasowicz and I am a senior at CU Boulder majoring in Marketing at the Leeds School of Business. I am 22 years old and from Chicago, Illinois. Although I am a city girl at heart, moving to Colorado has made me enamored with nature and the great outdoors. I love hiking the national parks of the US and some of my favorite places that I have been to include Zion and Grand Canyon National Park. Whenever I am free on the weekends I try to go out to the mountains of Colorado to go skiing and get my exercise in as well. Another one of my favorite things to do is cooking fine cuisine. Food plating and photography is a passion of mine and I like to do it recreationally. Over the summer I had an internship doing artistic food videography and editing cooking videos. In general, I consider myself a very creative person with an eye for creating visually appealing content. I love taking pictures on my own time and then editing them on my phone with preset filters on the Adobe Lightroom app. I get inspiration from creators on Instagram who share life moments by regularly posting artsy photographs and videos that represent and define who they are. My favorite form of art is photography because I enjoy capturing images and then editing them afterwards. Alongside photography, I enjoy sketching with graphite sticks and simple acrylic painting. I took a Studio Art class for non-art majors my sophomore year at Boulder and got exposure to multiple art mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpting, etc. I am excited to learn more about desktop Adobe Photoshop and become better at editing photos because I have very little experience with this platform and have always wanted to use it.
